How It All Started

Hairy Winstons began in a cozy college dorm room with a tiny pup named Winston and a big dream. When I brought home my first-ever puppy, Winston—a 4-pound ball of fluff and personality—I couldn’t wait to dress him up in adorable bandanas. But everything I found was way too big for his little frame. So, I pulled out some college-themed fabric, got creative, and started sewing custom bandanas just for him.

What started as a way to spoil my own pup quickly turned into something more. Friends saw Winston’s bandanas and wanted their own for their dogs too. Word spread, orders rolled in, and before I knew it, Hairy Winstons was born.

Today, we’re proud to offer stylish, high-quality products for pets and their people—with the same love and attention to detail that started it all. And with every purchase, we give back to local animal shelters across East Texas, because every pet deserves to feel special.
